1. Welcome
These terms govern your use of the LekkerSkoon website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, please contact us before you order.
2. Our products
We sell disposable toilet brush starter kits and refill heads. We do our best to describe every product accurately, including colours, contents, and pack sizes. Small differences in images and descriptions may happen because of screen settings or stock updates.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We accept card and EFT payments through our secure checkout partner.
4. Orders and delivery
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We deliver nationwide, usually within 8 to 11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, remote areas, or courier delays.
5. Returns and refunds
Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including logos, images, text, and product designs, belongs to LekkerSkoon or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish anything without written permission.
7. Liability
We stand behind our products, but we are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by couriers, or issues that arise from misuse of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
